Web Designer
Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer (UI/UX) to design engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and modern design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to create intuitive designs that enhance user experience and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing website layouts and user interfaces
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions
- Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and branding
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance
- Create engaging graphics, banners, icons, and other visual assets
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Maintain and improve existing design systems and style guides
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (e.g., B.E / B.Tech / B.Des / BFA)
- Proven experience as a Web Designer / UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layouts, and typography
- Experience in creating responsive and mobile-first designs
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design constraints is a plus
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and user psychology
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
